Vouchers purchased online will be immediately available for you to email to a recipient of your choosing. Should you require a voucher posting please contact me directly.
Prior to booking your appointment please ensure you have read and understood the contra-indications for your treatment. Also if you are booking a tinting, spray tan or lash lift appointment please ensure you have read and understood about my patch test requirements. Failure to do either may result in your booking being cancelled and you may still be charged.
Please be advised on your first visit a GDPR, consultation and a before & aftercare form will be emailed to you prior to your appointment, for insurance purposes these must be completed prior to your appointment taking place.
If you have not completed your forms prior these will be done at the time of your appointment resulting in a shortened treatment time. If you require assistance filling in these forms please let me know and I shall happily assist in any way I can. Failure to complete these forms may result in your appointment being cancelled and you may still be charged.
